What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa and card payments via Paystack. All subscriptions are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time; changes are prorated and reflected in your next billing cycle. We'll notify you when you're approaching limits.
What happens when I reach my patient limit on Axon?
When you reach 20 patients on the free tier, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Synapse (80 patients) or Cortex (unlimited). Your data is safe and you can upgrade instantly.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Both Synapse and Cortex come with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. You can also start on the free Axon tier and upgrade anytime.
What's included in the AI insights?
AI insights help you analyze patient trends, suggest diagnoses, and optimize workflows. Synapse includes 1–2 insights per month; Cortex includes unlimited access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no contracts or commitments — cancel from your account settings at any time and continue on the free Axon tier if you wish.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use field-level encryption, role-based access control, and maintain Kenya Data Protection Act compliance across all tiers.
