What happens when I reach my patient limit on Axon?
When you reach 20 patients on the free Axon tier, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Synapse (80 patients) or Cortex (unlimited). Your data is safe and you can upgrade instantly to continue growing your practice.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! Both Synapse and Cortex come with a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can also start with the free Axon tier and upgrade anytime.
What's included in the AI insights?
AI insights help you analyze patient trends, suggest diagnoses, and optimize workflows. Synapse users get 1-2 AI insights per month to try the feature, while Cortex users get unlimited access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely! There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel a paid plan, you can always continue with the free Axon tier.
